Mr. Alyque Padamsee - Chairman

He has trained some of the best communication people in the country. The advertising club of Bombay named him “Advertising Man of the Century,” and he is also the only Indian to be voted into the International Clio Hall of Fame, the Oscars of World Advertising. For 14 years, Mr. Padamsee was the Chief Executive who built Lintas India to be one of the top agencies in the country. He is also the guru of English Theatre in India and is famous for his productions like Evita, Jesus Christ the Superstar, Tuglaq, Othello, Romeo and Juliet, and Tantric version of Macbeth. He was presented the Lifetime Achievement Award for Theatre, the President of India conferred on him, the Padmashree Award. Internationally, Mr. Padamsee is well known for his portrayal of Mr. Mohammad Ali Jinnah in Sir Attenborough’s Gandhi. He worked as a Social Activist for the Citizens for Justice & Peace Committee, the Citizens Action Group, and recently appointed to the Prime Minister’s AIDS Task Force. Penguin Books has published his autobiography about his exciting years in the Theatre and Advertising, entitled ‘A Double Life’, which has become a bestseller; and is required in Business Schools. On April 2012, he was awarded the ‘Rabindranath Tagore Ratna’ award.

Ms. Rhea DeMelo - Proprietor

Is an ingenious leader,influential communicator and is certified by the ASTD (American Society of Training & Development). A veteran in the training field, she has dedicatedly helped The London Institute of Corporate Training’s clients resolve productivity, and developmental challenges. Successfully training thousands of people over 24 years, she has had the opportunity of working with training divisions of companies like Hutchinson Wampoa and Kingfisher Airlines. Her ‘speaker’ attributes has led to her being keynote speaker at forums like the HRD Summit, Women’s Mercantile Chamber and International Nursing Day. She regularly attends international workshops and seminars to help better equip The London Institute of Corporate Training with developments in the Training World. Apart from this, Ms. DeMelo contributed to the Media by writing articles for the Corporate Sector for INDIA INSIGHT as well as authored the book "Life Starts with a Slap".
